About Us

The East Bay Coalition for the Homeless, a program of East Bay Community Action Program, was founded in 1989 when community leaders and church groups joined forces to devise a strategy to meet the needs of the homeless in the East Bay region. The East Bay Coalition for the Homeless providing housing for homeless families combined with individualized case management helping families become economically stable.
